SoulMate, a film set to expose and shed light on relationships, will be shown in the Floyd-Payne Campus Center forum on Feb. 16-17 at 6:30 p.m.
Co-sponsored by the TSU National Broadcasting Society and the Nashville African American Healthy Marriage Initiative, the film targets people who are married and those individuals searching for that special someone. The NAAHMI was formed because so many African Americans need guidance from engagement to marriage, and to marriages that simply need help.
Coreen Jackson, a professor in the TSU Department of Communications, said "This film captures a quest to one's 'SoulMate.'"
"It's an inspiring film that gets to the matters of singleness," Jackson said.
