is gearing up to make a play at Billboard herself.
Having written songs for Britney Spears, Xzibit, Toni Braxton, Mary J. Blige, Usher, Ciara, The Pussycat Dolls, Avant, Ruben Studdard, Diddy, Chingy, LeToya, Rich Boy, Kelly Rowland, Nicole Scherzinger, Lloyd Banks, and Timbaland, she has definitely proven her mettle with a pen now its time to do it on her own.
Resently signed to Timbaland's Interscope-distributed Mosley Music Group, Hilson will be releasing her own, yet untitled debut later this year.
Born Keri Lynn Hilson in 1982 (Yep she's only 25!) she made her performance
debut with Xzibit on his 2005 single Hey Now (Mean Muggin).
She is also a member of the producer
and songwriter collective, The Clutch.
With stunning vocals and a killer pen hopefully we can see more from the talented Miss Hilson. Keep an ear out!
