Obama names new Secretary

President-elect Barack Obama named political party rival Bill Richardson as Commerce Secretary of the United States. The New Mexico governor will fill the top economic position with a plethora of financial woes to eradicate and eliminate.
Obama describes Richardson as an "economic diplomat for America". Obama went on to explain how Richardson has seen from every angle what makes our economy and what makes it work better.
Out of Body Experience Sweep Sweden
Stockholm, Sweden students from Karolinska Institute discovered body-swap illusions.
The out of body experience of shaking hands with yourself opens new doors for even greater technological and medical advances.
One illusion of having your stomach slashed with a kitchen knife provides realism and fear. Both sensations, however, felt real to most participants in a Swedish science project exploring how people can be tricked into the false perception of owning another body.
Ducks get new home
In Memphis, the Peabody Hotel will experience a renovation fit for multiple entities. The new penthouse will become a resident for the famed Memphis Ducks. Now, instead of straddling about the hotel foyer, the beaked creatures will entertain themselves in a state-of -the art facility filled with Astrotouf carpets, granite floors and caged bars.
The Duck Palace has opened for business and seems to be quite popular amongst the occupants.
In State Tuition Affordable
Tennessee and New York are the only two states in the U.S. reported to have lower in-state tuition after a biennial study by the National Center for Public Policy and Higher Education. NCPPHE evaluates how well higher education is serving the public, handed out "F"s for affordability to 49 states, up from 43 two years ago.
New York and Tennessee have made even minimal improvements since 2000, but they are still considered to be failing.
Everywhere else, families must fork over a greater percentage of their income to pay for college.
