Michigan State University's Raymar Morgan was injured early in the second half the Michigan State vs. University of Kansas game this past Friday night.
Morgan's teammate Delvon Roe went up for a block, and accidentally elbowed Morgan in the nose on the way down.
Michigan State came out with a victory 67-62.
